Few Cute Pictures I've Taken Lately

Maxwell and Piper have been doing well lately. They have been sleeping through the night more and more though I can't wait until they are doing it EVERY night!! Right now it's averaging about half the week. I'll take what I can get. Our night nurses last night was Thursday night and I've been kind of sad all day. She was SO good with our babies and was the sweetest lady. I will miss her....

Shopping for Ian's Birthday!

We went to Corte Madera yesterday and shopped for Ian's birthday. Jennie came with us. We celebrated her birthday as well. Their birthdays are one day apart. Shopping with two infants isn't as bad as it sounds. It actually went well. We were able to go to the Cheesecake Factory and shop for about 4-5 hours. We had a great time. These pictures were taken with my phone, so they aren't the best quality, but you get the idea.

Weekend With Grandpa....

The babies had a big weekend with Ian's dad, Grandpa Chuck. We went to dinner in Healdsburg while it was about 93 degrees outside, you can tell by how rosy Piper's cheeks were. Little Maxwell slept throughout the meal, but Miss Piper was awake and active the whole time. The restaurant had the misters spraying us and Piper loved it! Aunt Jennie kept walking through them with her. She loves her Aunt Jennie!!

Like Our New P.J.'s??

The babies and I went out last week and purchased some new P.J.'s! I couldn't resist taking a few photos of them in thier new duds. Maxwell makes me laugh because his are size 6-9 months and he is only 13 weeks. They are actually a little small on him, poor chunky man!

Dinner in Kenwood

Livin the normal life. Normally up to this point with the twins we have been grabbing something we can eat within 10 minutes because the twins get so fussy. However, the other night, we were able to go to a nice resaurant in Kenwood. We were able to squeeze in appetizers and dessert! We forgot how fun that is! The babies are to the point now where they don't cry constantly and I think we will be doing more of that in the near future. The servers even got in on the action and held Piper for awhile.

Mothers Day Fun

We had a great day at my parent's house for Mother's Day. My Grandma Terr came over, along with my cousins John, Bria, Hannah, and Josh. The boys did all the cooking and cleaning! Nice break for us girls!!! Here are a few pictures from the days festivities......

Babies and Bumbos

Tonight we took the twins to Babies R Us and picked up a few things to entertain them. We got two Bumbo seats, a jumperoo, a mobile, and a few other things. I must admit it's really nice having them old enough to be able to entertain themselves with the help of a few toys! Both Maxwell and Piper loved to sit up on their own like big boys and girls in their Bumbo chairs! Their poor little heads are still a little bobble head like, but they sure were cute sitting there. Yay for Babies R Us!!!!

The Twins are Now 3 Months Old!

That's right, the babies are getting older. I'm so happy that we have made it this far already. They are making some major progress lately. Piper slept ALL night for the past two nights! I can't believe it, I'm hoping she will continue that. Maxwell is only getting up once at night now for the most part. He's a big eater, so I think it may be a few more weeks or even longer before he is sleeping through the night. Our little Miss Priss Piper has reflux issues and is now on Prevacid. I really think it is making a difference because it is now a lot easier to feed her. A few other things that have been nice as of the last few weeks is that they are now a little happier, napping a little better, eating better, and just easier to handle in general. Thank God!
